We offer additional compensation for weekends or special shifts.

PAID VACATION
All of our full-time employees receive a generous paid vacation package. The first week’s paid vacation can be taken after the first six months of employment.
PERSONAL DAYS
We offer 3 personal days per year with an additional day for our employees' birthday
PAID HOLIDAYS
There are 10 holidays per year that are offered.
PAID BEREAVEMENT TIME
We understand that families need to be together in times of grief, therefore we offer paid bereavement time
PAID JURY DUTY
Jury duty is part of being a good citizen. We will continue to pay you your regular salary if you are called upon to serve on a jury.
"PERFECT ATTENDANCE" REWARDS
We offer financial incentives for perfect
attendance during a given 6-month period.
After six months of perfect attendance, you
will receive a $50 savings bond. Go another
six months without missing a day, and you
will again receive a $50 savings bond. And to
reward you for a full 12 months of perfect
attendance, we will give you an additional
$100 savings bond. Planned vacation time
will not be counted against an employee’s
attendance record -- we want our staff to
enjoy their time off!
NEWSLETTER
Our company newsletter keeps our employees aware and informed of company policies, facility news, current trends in health and nursing care and employee activities. It offers a vehicle for communication between management and staff.
