About Us - Care Philosophy
The mission of Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.
Volunteers Welcome Volunteers are always welcome at Oak Ridge. Our volunteers help with recreational activities, outings, meals and more. Interested in joining our wonderful group? Contact us by phone or e-mail for more info!
Special Outings We believe it is important for our residents to enjoy outings into the community for recreation, dining and shopping and special events. Our schedule includes special trips to attractions like local parks, restaurants and the mall. Our fully-equipped, wheelchair-accessible van makes these outings possible for many residents.
