Vicki Hayes Named New Administrator at Oak Ridge Rehab and Nursing Center

Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a member of the Revera Health Systems network of care centers, is pleased to welcome Vicki Hayes as the center's new administrator.

Hayes comes to Oak Ridge from Park Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bloomfield, NJ, another Revera center. Before joining Revera, she served as assistant administrator at Raritan Health in Raritan, NJ. Prior to that, Hayes worked for many years as a director of recreation at numerous care facilities. She has also served as an adjunct professor of therapeutic recreation department at Kean University in Union, NJ and holds a master's degree in health care administration from Seton Hall University.

Hayes describes her management philosophy as "walking the walk" and looks forward to working with her staff on achieving her goals for the Oak Ridge center.

"I think we have a strong team here and we're moving in a good direction, with lots of excellent ideas," said Hayes.
