Wayne, N.J. – Physical therapist Merly Kailath, of Oak Ridge Rehab and Nursing Center, has received an award for excellence from Premier Therapy Services. Premier provides therapy and rehabilitation services in more than 30 nursing centers throughout the U.S., including 10 in New Jersey.
“Merly always puts her patients first, and demonstrates a constant willingness to take on extra responsibilities,” said Lynn Maxwell, director of rehabilitation at the center. “She gently pushes patients just beyond their comfort zone, which leads to great accomplishments. And she provides caregiver and family education in such a manner that her patients are confident and ready when finally discharged.”
Maxwell said that Kailath demonstrates everything that Premier Therapy Services stands for, adding, “We are blessed to have her on our team.”
Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, part of the Revera family of centers, offers post-acute care and therapy after surgery or illness for adults of all ages, as well as long-term, respite and hospice care.
